Abstract
Glavni problem po pitanju budućnosti je upravo taj što budućnost dolazi prije nego li čovjek bude spreman za nju. Čovjekov prirodni instinkt da pokušava predviđati budućnost je prisutan posvuda. Svaki pojedini stupanj izvjesnosti u pogledu budućnosti koji nije općenito poznat obećava goleme probitke onima koji znaju. Temelj svakog prognoziranja je uočavanje zakonitosti koje povezuju vremenski odvojene ali i sadržajno različite pojave. U današnje vrijeme prognozira se svaka moguća... More varijabla, od vremenske prognoze, rezultata utakmice, pitanja na kolokviju, broja potrebnih pločica za pod i tako dalje. Svaka varijabla koja je podložna prognoziranju istom i podliježe, u kontekstu predviđanja kretanja ili konačnog ishoda varijable. Planiranje je usko vezano uz prognoziranje a oba pojma vezana su za posao menadžera. Prognoze olakšavaju posao menadžerima tako što otklanjanju potencijalne nesigurnosti omogućavajući razvoj i implementaciju novih planova. Prognozu je moguće definirati kao prosudbu o budućoj vrijednosti varijable, kao što su- primjerice ponuda i potražnja, najčešće prognozirani pojmovi u svijetu ekonomije. Prognoze je moguće podijeliti na kratkoročne i dugoročne. Sam proces prognoziranja sastavljen je od koraka iz kojih proizlaze različite metode prognoziranja. Ono što je važno istaknuti su zajedničke karakteristike koje povezuju metode prognoziranja. U okviru elemenata dobre prognoze gledaju se svi aspekti prognoziranja a neizostavni dio je opskrbni lanac. Precizne prognoze su od izuzetne važnosti za opskrbni lanac, a netočne i neprecizne prognoze mogu dovesti do manjkova odnosno viškova u cjelokupnom opskrbnom lancu. Less
Abstract (english)
The main problem regarding the future is precisely that the future comes before man is ready for it. Man's natural instinct to try to predict the future is present everywhere. Every single degree of certainty about the future that is not generally known promises enormous breakthroughs to those who know. The basis of all forecasting is the observation of laws that connect temporally separated but content-different phenomena. Nowadays, every possible variable is forecasted, from... More the weather forecast, the result of the match, the question on the colloquium, the number of tiles needed for the floor and so on. Any variable that is subject to forecasting is subject to the same, in the context of predicting the movement or the final outcome of the variable. Planning is closely related to forecasting, and both terms are related to the manager's job. Forecasts make the job of managers easier by removing potential uncertainty and enabling the development and implementation of new plans. A forecast can be defined as a judgment about the future value of a variable, such as supply and demand, the most frequently forecasted concepts in the world of economics. Forecasts can be divided into short-term and long-term. The forecasting process itself is composed of steps from which different forecasting methods are derived. What is important to highlight are the common characteristics that connect forecasting methods. Within the framework of the elements of good forecasting, all aspects of forecasting are looked at, and an essential part is the supply chain. Accurate forecasts are extremely important for the supply chain, and inaccurate and imprecise forecasts can lead to shortages or surpluses in the entire supply chain. Less
