Abstract
Financiranje poduzetničkog pothvata predstavlja velik izazov svim poduzetnicima, a pogotovo poduzetnicima početnicima. Upravo je to i predmet ovog završnog rada koji će na kraju biti potkrijepljen praktičnim primjerom procesa financiranja poduzetnika početnika. Poduzetništvo označava proces pokretanja i upravljanja poslovnih pohvata s ciljem postizanja uspjeha na tržištu. Ono igra važnu ulogu u poticanju gospodarskog rasta, poticanju inovacija te stvaranju ekonomske i društvene vrijednosti. Poduzetnici su kreatori poduzetničkog pothvata te se oni u tom procesu susreću s mnogim rizicima. Svrha i cilj ovoga rada je kroz teoriju pojasniti koji su to najbitniji izvori financiranja poduzetnika početnika te na kraju rada to potkrijepiti primjerom koristeći se deskriptivnom metodom istraživanja. Završni rad dijeli se na teorijski i praktični dio. Teorijski dio završnog rada obuhvaća pojmovno određenje poduzetništva i poduzetnika, pojam poduzetnika početnika te financiranje poduzetnika početnika odnosno izvore financiranja s posebnim naglaskom na programe financiranja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Praktični dio završnog rada je intervju te se odrađuje na primjeru financiranja poduzetnika početnika Luke Soldo, odnosno njegovog poduzeća „Herbie“ j.d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Financing an entrepreneurial venture is a big challenge for all entrepreneurs, especially for beginner entrepreneurs. This is exactly the subject of this final paper, which will be supported by a practical example of the process of financing a start-up entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship means the process of starting and managing business ventures with the aim of achieving success on the market. It plays an important role in stimulating economic growth, encouraging innovation and creating economic and social value. Entrepreneurs are the creators of entrepreneurial ventures, and in that process they encounter many risks. The purpose and goal of this work is to clarify through theory what are the most important sources of financing for beginning entrepreneurs and at the end of the work to support this with an example using a descriptive research method. The final paper is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the final paper includes the conceptual definition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs, the concept of novice entrepreneurs and financing of novice entrepreneurs, i.e. sources of financing with a special emphasis on financing programs in the Republic of Croatia. The practical part of the final paper is an interview and is done on the example of the financing of the beginner entrepreneur Luka Soldo, i.e. his company "Herbie" j.d.o.o.
