Porezni sustavi razlikuju se u svakoj pojedinačnoj državi, a čimbenici koji utječu na porez u zemlji su: ustavna regulativa, centralizacija ili decentralizacija, veličina stanovništva i veličina teritorijalna i demografska struktura, gustoća naseljenosti, zatim veličina javnog sektora i ekonomska integracija. Tax systems vary in each individual state and factors that have an impact on a country's tax are: constitutional regulation, centralisation or decentralisation, population size and the size of territory and demographic structure, population density, then the size of the public sector and economic integration.
