Abstract | Kozmetičku industriju treba istaknuti kao važnu industrijsku granu. Njezin utjecaj nije samo financijske prirode, već prije svega leži u velikom doprinosu dobrobiti i životnom standardu ljudi diljem svijeta. Poduzeća u kozmetičkoj industriji nude raznolik asortiman proizvoda za njegu lica, tijela i kose u segmentima prirodne i klasične kozmetike, a specifična su po neprestanim istraživanjima, ubrzanom rastu, razvijanju te prodajom proizvoda. Tema završnog rada je komparativna analiza poslovanja Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja i Olival d.o.o. Zagreb. Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja proizvodi liniju proizvoda na bazi bioloških sastojaka, a Olival d.o.o. Zagreb proizvodi prirodnu i konvencionalnu kozmetiku s visokim udjelom prirodnih sastojaka. Svake godine, poduzeća Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja i Olival d.o.o. Zagreb različito pristupaju ulaganju u istraživanje, razvoj i izgradnju modernih proizvodnih kapaciteta, stvarajući razlike koje ističu jedno od drugog. Pri analizi poslovanja promatranih poduzeća korištene su vertikalna i horizontalna analiza te pokazatelji kao što su: pokazatelji aktivnosti, zaduženosti, ekonomičnosti, likvidnosti, profitabilnosti i investicijski pokazatelji. Provođenjem analize poduzeća Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja i Olival d.o.o. Zagreb zaključeno je koje poduzeće posluje uspješnije. |
Abstract (english) | The cosmetic industry should be highlighted as an important industrial sector. Its impact is not only of financial nature, but primarily lies in its significant contribution to the well-being, and standard of living of people worldwide. Companies in the cosmetic industry offer a diverse range of products for facial, body, and hair care in both natural, and traditional segments. They are characterized by constant research, rapid growth, development, and product sales. The topic of the final paper is a comparative analysis of the business operations of Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja and Olival d.o.o. Zagreb. Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja produces a line of products based on organic ingredients, while Olival d.o.o. Zagreb manufactures natural, and conventional cosmetics with a high percentage of natural components. Each year, the companies Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja, and Olival d.o.o. Zagreb approach investments in research, development, and the construction of modern production facilities differently, creating distinctions that set them apart. In the analysis of the operations of the observed companies, vertical, and horizontal analysis were used, as well as indicators such as: activity ratios, solvency ratios, efficiency ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and investment indicators. By conducting the analysis of Magdis d.o.o. Sveta Nedelja, and Olival d.o.o. Zagreb, it was concluded which company operates more successfully. |
