Abstract
Upravljanje projektima postaje sve važnije u današnjem svetu koji se brzo mijenja i koji zahtjeva agilnost, precizno planiranje i efikasno korištenje resursa kako bi organizacije ostvarile uspjeh u konkurentnom okruženju. Cilj rada je razviti projektni plan kroz praktičan primjer otvaranja autosalona i primjenu alata za upravljanje projektima radi efikasne realizacije projekta. U uvodnom dijelu rada naglašava se važnost planiranja i upravljanja projektima u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju. Također, ističe se specifičnost autosalona kao kompleksnog poslovnog poduhvata koji zahtijeva koordinaciju različitih aktivnosti kako bi se postigao uspješan rezultat. Nadalje, rad istražuje ključne komponente projektnog plana, kao što su definiranje ciljeva, identifikacija aktivnosti, alokacija resursa, određivanje vremenskog okvira te planiranje budžeta. Središnji dio rada posvećen je praktičnom primjeru otvaranja autosalona. Opisuju se koraci poslovnog procesa otvaranja autosalona, počevši od inicijalne ideje, istraživanja tržišta, odabira lokacije, nabave inventara, zapošljavanja osoblja do marketinških aktivnosti. Zaključak rada sumira ključne spoznaje i naglašava važnost integriranog pristupa projektiranju i upravljanju projektima. Također, ističe se da primjena alata za upravljanje projektima značajno doprinosi boljoj organizaciji, optimizaciji resursa te smanjenju rizika u procesu otvaranja autosalona.
Abstract (english)
Project management is becoming increasingly important in today's rapidly changing world, demanding agility, precise planning, and efficient resource utilization for organizations to achieve success in a competitive environment. The aim of the thesis is to explore the process of developing a project plan through a practical example of opening a car dealership and the application of project management tools for efficient project implementation. In the introductory section of the thesis, the importance of planning and project management in the modern business environment is emphasized. Additionally, the specificity of an auto salon is highlighted as a complex business endeavor that requires the coordination of various activities to achieve a successful outcome. Furthermore, the thesis delves into the key components of a project plan, such as defining objectives, identifying activities, allocating resources, determining a timeline, and budget planning. The central part of the thesis is dedicated to the practical example of opening an auto salon. It describes the step-by-step process of opening an auto salon, starting from the initial idea, market research, location selection, inventory procurement, staff recruitment, and extending to marketing activities. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the key findings and underscores the importance of an integrated approach to project design and management. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the application of project management tools significantly contributes to better organization, resource optimization, and risk reduction in the process of opening an auto salon.
