Abstract
Organizacije su otkad postoje uvijek težile ka ostvarenju ciljeva, što većeg profita te vlastitom rastu. Ljudi su najvažniji čimbenik u većini organizacija te upravo zbog toga gore navedene težnje uvelike ovise o ljudima te njihovoj izvedbi na radnom mjestu. Izvedba zaposlenika je bolja što je zaposlenik motiviraniji, a do povećanja njegove motivacije, te na kraju i same radne uspješnosti dovode ga mehanizmi materijalnog i nematerijalnog nagrađivanja u organizaciji. Motivacija, radna uspješnost te nagrađivanje su povezani na taj način da nagrade povećavaju motivaciju što dovodi do povećanja radne uspješnosti te na kraju i do ispunjenja zajedničkih ciljeva. Nisu svi zaposlenici jednaki te nemaju svi jednake obaveze i odgovornosti te se upravo zbog toga menadžere nagrađuje na različit način od ostalih zaposlenika.
Abstract (english)
Organisations have, since the beginning of their existence, always aspired to getting goals accomplished, making profit as big as possible and making the organisation bigger. People are the most important factor in most of organisations and that is the reason why previously mentioned aspirations heavily depend on people and their performance at workplace. Performance is better if the employee is motivated and mechanisms of material and non material rewarding lead to increasing workers motivation and work performance at the very end. Motivation, work performance and rewarding employees are connected in such way that rewards increase motivation which then increases work performance which leads to getting mutual goals accomplished. Not all employees in organisation share equal obligations and responsibilities and therefore managers are being rewarded differently than other employees.
