Abstract
Poslovni model predstavlja skup aktivnosti koje opisuju načine na koji poduzeća ostvaruju svoje ciljeve i na koji način stvara vrijednosti koje poduzeće čine održivim i profitabilnim. Osim toga, prikazuje kako se poduzeće odnosi prema kupcima, dobavljačima, zaposlenicima i partnerima, kako iskorištava resurse te kako se bori s konkurencijom. Jedan od najznačajnijih alata u definiranju plana poslovanja je platno poslovnog modela koji predstavlja sliku trenutnog promišljanja poduzetnika. Koristi se kao alat za vizualiziranje i procjenu poslovne ideje te olakšava kreiranje poslovnog modela. Prilikom kreiranja poslovnog modela potrebno je procijeniti vlastite i konkurentske snage i slabosti, prikupiti što više informacija o tržištu na kojem poduzeće posluje ili planira poslovati, o ciljanoj skupini kupaca, njihovim željama, potrebama, ali i navikama kupovanja. Poslovni model od velikog je značaja za poduzeće jer ono određuje što poduzeće razlikuje od njegove konkurencije. Konkurentnost je osnova koja određuje uspjeh ili neuspjeh poduzeća. Poduzeća na konkurenciju mogu gledati kao na izvor opasnosti i rizika ili kao na poticaj za napredak i poboljšanje postojećeg poslovanja. Svrha rada je prikazati važnost komponenti poslovnog modela i načine kreiranja plana borbe s konkurencijom i učinkovitog i održivog ostvarenja organizacijskih ciljeva.
Abstract (english)
A business model is a set of activities that describe how companies achieve their goals and how they create value that makes the company sustainable and profitable. It also shows how the company treats customers, suppliers, employees, and partners, how it uses resources, and how it competes. One of the most important tools in creating a business model is the business model canvas, which represents a picture of the current mindset of entrepreneurs. It is used as a tool to visualize and evaluate a business idea and facilitates the creation of a business model. When creating a business model, it is necessary to evaluate one's own strengths and weaknesses as well as those of competitors, to gather as much information as possible about the market in which the company operates or wants to operate, about the target group of customers, their wishes, needs, but also their shopping habits. The business model is of great importance for the company, because it determines what distinguishes the company from its competitors. Competitiveness is the foundation that determines the success or failure of a company. Companies can view competition as a source of danger and risk or as an incentive to develop and improve existing business. The goal of this thesis is to demonstrate the importance of the components of the business model and the ways to create a plan to combat competition and achieve business goals effectively and sustainably.
