Abstract
Politički marketing predstavlja vrlo važan i sve češće korišten koncept suvremene politike. U svrhu privlačenja interesa građana, političke stranke koriste temeljna načela marketinga kako bi ostvarile svoje političke ciljeve na političkom tržištu. Temelj postojanja marketinga u politici nalazi se u postojanju demokracije te određene razine kompetitivnosti između političkih stranaka. Kao važna stavka u provođenju političkoga marketinga, pojavljuje se istraživanje političkog tržišta koje političkim akterima donosi relevantne i važne informacije o prirodi političkog tržišta. Za pravilno funkcioniranje politike neophodna je određena razina političke participacije koja se ostvaruje kroz razne oblike konvencionalnih i nekonvencionalnih aktivnosti, ali i sudjelovanja na izborima odnosno glasovanja. U ovome radu, istražena je razina izborne i konvencionalne političke participacije punoljetnih građana RH te njihovi stavovi o istoj. Prema rezultatima istraživanja vidljiva je niska razina participacije u konvencionalnim političkim aktivnostima, dok je participacija u obliku glasovanja na izborima na znatno višoj razini. Isto tako, vidljiva je i određena razina nezainteresiranosti za politiku kao i skepticizma i nepovjerenja prema političarima i političkim strankama.
Abstract (english)
Political marketing is a very important and increasingly used element of contemporary politics. In order to attract the interest of citizens, political parties use the basic principles of marketing to achieve their political goals in the political market. The basis of the existence of marketing in politics lies in the existence of democracy and a certain level of competitiveness between political parties. As an important item in the implementation of political marketing, the research of the political market appears, which brings relevant and important information to political actors about the nature of the political market. For the proper functioning of politics, a certain level of political participation is necessary, which is achieved through various forms of conventional and unconventional activities, as well as participation in elections or voting. In this paper, the level of electoral and conventional political participation of adult citizens of the Republic of Croatia and their attitudes about it were investigated. According to the research results, a low level of participation in conventional political activities is visible, while participation in the form of voting in elections is at a much higher level. Likewise, a certain level of disinterest in politics as well as skepticism and mistrust towards politicians and political parties is also visible.
