Abstract
Poslovni bonton predstavlja skup opće prihvaćenih pravila ponašanja koja se temelje na društvenim normama i važan je segment poslovne kulture svake radne sredine. Bonton u poslovnoj sredini iznimno je važan jer je ogledalo kako pojedinca tako i poduzeća. Posebno interesantno je istraživati poslovni bonton u međunarodnoj poslovnoj zajednici s obzirom na kulturološke razlike. Svrha je ovog rada prikazati kako kulturološke razlike utječu na razlikama u poslovnom bontonu s posebnim naglaskom na Kinu. Rad je strukturiran u pet poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje je uvodno te iznosi predmet, cilj, metodologiju istraživanja i strukturu rada. Drugo poglavlje predstavlja kulturu iz teorijske perspektive. Treće poglavlje se bavi elementima poslovnog bontona. Četvrto poglavlje uspoređuje obilježja poslovnog bontona Kine i Europe te su prikazani rezultati istraživanja karakteristika poslovnog bontona Republike Hrvatske. Posljednje peto poglavlje je zaključno te sintetizira sve glavne zaključke donesene tijekom izrade rada.
Abstract (english)
Business etiquette represents a set of generally accepted rules of behavior based on social norms and is an important segment of the business culture of any work environment. Etiquette in the business environment is extremely important because it is a mirror of both the individual and the company. It is particularly interesting to research business etiquette in the international business community with regard to cultural differences.The purpose of this paper is to show how cultural differences affect differences in business etiquette with special emphasis on China. The work is structured in five chapters. The first chapter is introductory and presents the subject, goal, research methodology and structure of the work. The second chapter presents culture from a theoretical perspective. The third chapter deals with the elements of business etiquette. The fourth chapter compares the characteristics of business etiquette in China and Europe, and presents the results of research into the characteristics of business etiquette in the Republic of Croatia. The last fifth chapter is concluding and it synthesizes all the main conclusions.
