Abstract
Javni prihodi predstavljaju glavni izvor novčanih sredstava država kojima se financiraju sve javne potrebe. Javni prihodi imaju veliku važnost jer se koriste za podmirenje potreba koje su od značajne koristi za cijelo stanovništvo. Sustav javnih prihoda podložan je mnogim ekonomskim, političkim i socijalnim čimbenicima što rezultira njegovu različitost među državama. Uvidom u proračun kojeg objavljuje Ministarstvo financija provedena je analiza javnih prihoda Republike Hrvatske od 2017. do... More 2019. godine. Visina javnih prihoda uspoređena je s BDP-om Republike Hrvatske kako bi se ustanovila razina gospodarskog razvoja na temelju dinamike kretanja javnih prihoda i BDP-a. Navedeni odnos uspoređen je s drugim državama Europske unije kako bi se prikazale dodatne naznake o materiji. Postoji jasna poveznica između razine javnih prihoda i gospodarskog razvoja u vidu BDP-a države. Povećanje javnih prihoda treba rezultirati povećanju BDP-a, no različiti ekonomisti izražavaju nesuglasje o realnoj implikaciji takvog odnosa. Nužne su određene korekcije financijskog i poreznog sustava kako bi se maksimalizirao učinak alokacije javnih prihoda u svrhu podmirenja svih javnih potreba i osigurao gospodarski te ekonomski razvoj. Abstract (english)
Public revenues are the main source of funds for countries that finance all public needs. Public revenues are of great importance because they are used to meet needs that are of significant benefit to the entire population. The public revenue system is subject to many economic, political and social factors resulting in its diversity among countries. Insight into the budget published by the Ministry of Finance, analysis of public income of the Republic of Croatia from 2017 to 2019 was... More conducted. The level of public income was compared with the GDP of the Republic of Croatia in order to establish the level of economic development based on the dynamics of public income and GDP. This relationship has been compared with other European Union countries to show additional indications of materials. There is a clear link between different public incomes and economic development in GDP countries. Growth in public income should result in an increase in GDP, but various economists disagree about the real implications of such relationship. Certain adjustments to the financial and tax system are needed to maximize the impact of the allocation of public income in order to meet all public needs and ensure economic development. Less
