Abstract
Svrha i cilj ovog završnog rada jesu predstaviti i objasniti projektnu organizacijsku strukturu i njezinu povezanost sa suvremenim organizacijskim strukturama. Također su objašnjene karakteristike projektnih organizacija i svi pripadajući pojmovi spomenute organizacijske strukture. Suvremene organizacijske strukture jesu one koje teže da budu plitke, jednostavne, neformalne, fleksibilne, heterarhijske i orijentirane na timski rad, a projektna organizacijska struktura upravo i jest takva. Ona se organizira po potrebi provođenja projekata, bila ta potreba namjerna ili ne namjerna, te se raspušta prilikom završetka projekta. Projekte bilo koje vrste izvršavaju zaposlenici drugih funkcijskih jedinica, odnosno osniva se tim zaposlenika koji se raspušta pri završetku posla, te oni direktno odgovaraju projektnom menadžeru. Prednosti i nedostatci projektne organizacijske strukture navedeni su u nastavku rada.
Abstract (english)
The purpose and goal of this final work is to present and explain the project organizational structure and its connection with modern organizational structures. The characteristics of the project organizations and all related concepts of the mentioned organizational structure are also explained. Modern organizational structures are those that tend to be shallow, simple, informal, flexible, heterarchical and teamwork-oriented, and the project organizational structure is exactly like that. It is organized as needed to implement projects, whether that need is intentional or not intentional, and is dissolved when the project is completed. Projects of any kind are carried out by employees of other functional units, i.e. a team of employees is established, which is disbanded at the completion of the work, and they directly report to the project manager. The advantages and disadvantages of the project organizational structure are listed below.
