Abstract
Poslovni model predstavlja plan poduzeća o tome kako i na koji način će se ono boriti protiv konkurencije na tržištu, na koji način će ono koristiti svoje resurse te kako će strukturirati odnose i ophoditi se prema vlastitim kupcima te u konačnici kako će kreirati svoju vrijednost kako bi bilo profitabilno i održivo. Svako poduzeće svoje bi temelje trebalo izgraditi na kreiranju kvalitetnog poslovnog modela na kojem se dalje definiraju konkurentske prednosti samog poduzeća. Ne postoji jedinstvena definicija za poslovne modele, ali valja naglasiti kako oni prikazuju poslovanje određenog poduzeća, njegove specifičnosti, borbu sa konkurencijom te odnose koje poduzeće uspostavlja sa svojim partnerima i kupcima. Isto tako valja naglasiti kako ne postoji jedan jedinstveni poslovni model već čitav niz različitih modela koji se implementiraju u poslovanje nekog poduzeća. Svako poduzeće ima svoj vlastiti poslovni model kojeg dalje prilagođava svojim vlastitim mogućnostima i potrebama. Kako bi se konkurentska prednost mogla ostvariti nužna je provedba strategije odabranog poslovnog modela koji poduzeću osigurava dugotrajno uspješno i održivo poslovanje. Predmet i cilj ovog završnog rada je analizirati i prikazati ulogu koju poslovni modeli imaju prilikom ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti poduzeća, analizirati koji su to tradicionalni, a koji suvremeni poslovni modeli te koji su modeli najučinkovitiji prilikom ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The business model is the company's plan on how and how it will fight competition in the market, how it will use its resources and how it will structure relationships and treat its own customers, and ultimately how it will create its value in order to was profitable and sustainable. Every company should build its foundations on creating a quality business model that further defines the competitive advantages of the company itself. There is no single definition for business models, but it should be emphasized that they show the business of a particular company, its specifics, the fight against competition and the relationships that the company establishes with its partners and customers. It should also be emphasized that there is no single business model but a number of different models that are implemented in the business of a company. Each company has its own business model which it further adapts to its own capabilities and needs. In order to achieve a competitive advantage, it is necessary to implement the strategy of the selected business model that ensures long-term successful and sustainable business. The subject and aim of this final paper is to analyze and present the role that business models have in achieving competitive advantage of the company, to analyze which are traditional, which modern business models and which models are most effective in achieving competitive advantage.
