Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja najkorištenija je analiza kada je u pitanju stabilnost i uspješnost poslovanja poduzeća. Najpoznatije tehnike ove analize su horizontalna i vertikalna analiza te analiza financijskih pokazatelja, a testiraju se podaci iz temeljnih financijskih izvještaja : bilance, računa dobiti i gubitka, izvještaja o novčanom tijeku, izvještaja o sveobuhvatnoj dobiti te izvještaju o promjeni kapitala ili glavnice. Horizontalna analiza testira promjenu različitih stavki... More izvještaja kroz vrijeme te se koristi za predviđanje trendova, a vertikalna analiza prikazuje promjene strukture navedenih izvještaja. Analizom financijskih pokazatelja ili financijskih omjera računaju se koeficijenti čija vrijednost govori o poslovanju tvrtke. Najkorisniji su pokazatelji likvidnosti, zaduženosti, ekonomičnosti, aktivnosti i profitabilnosti Dioničko društvo Plava laguna, osnovano u Poreču 1957. godine jedan je od najvećih i najuspješnijih hotelskih lanaca diljem Hrvatske, te posjeduju hotele, apartmane i kampove u Rijeci, Poreču i Umagu. 2018. i 2019. godine društvo uspješno posluje, ali nastupanjem pandemije COVID-19 2020. godine njihovo poslovanje stagnira. Turizam je jedna od industrija najviše pogođenih restriktivnim mjerama zaštite od COVID-19. Unatoč provođenju raznih politika u cilju očuvanja stabilnosti i radnih mjesta te smanjenju varijabilnih troškova na minimalne razine, fiksne troškove ne uspijevaju pokriti prihodima te ostvaruju gubitak. Iako se oporavlja, društvo se i dalje ne uspijeva vratiti na razinu prije pandemije. Less
Abstract (english)
The analysis of financial statements is the most commonly used analysis when it comes to the stability and performance of a company's operations. The most well-known techniques of this analysis are horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as analysis of financial indicators, which test data from fundamental financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, statements of comprehensive income, and statements of changes in equity or capital.... More Horizontal analysis tests the changes in various items of the statements over time and is used to predict trends, while vertical analysis shows changes in the structure of the aforementioned statements. Financial ratio analysis calculates coefficients that indicate the performance of a company. The most useful indicators are liquidity, solvency, efficiency, activity, and profitability. Plava laguna d.d., founded in Poreč in 1957, is one of the largest and most successful hotel chains in Croatia, owning hotels, apartments, and campsites in Rijeka, Poreč, and Umag. The majority of the company's assets consist of long-term assets in the form of land and buildings, and they generate most of their revenue from business activities. In 2018. and 2019. the company operated successfully, but with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020., their business stagnated. Tourism is one of the industries most affected by restrictive measures to prevent COVID-19. Despite implementing various policies to preserve stability and jobs, as well as reducing variable costs to minimal levels, they were unable to cover their fixed costs with revenues and incurred losses. Despite the easing of measures in 2021, the company is still unable to fully recover to pre-pandemic levels. Less
