Abstract
U današnje vrijeme neizbježan je timski rad. Zbog kompleksnosti okoline i zahtjeva koji se stavljaju pred tim, individualno obavljanje zadatka značilo bi gubitak vremena i nepostizanje cilja jer jedna osoba ne može posjedovati sva potrebna znanja za rješavanje zadatka. U ovom radu objašnjena je važnost timskog rada i kako se može poboljšati njegovo djelovanje. Ispravnim vodstvom i upravljanjem tim se orijentira prema ciljevima. Komunikaciju koristimo svakodnevno i ključna je za stvaranje... More međuljudskih odnosa tako i za stvaranje povezanosti tima. Fokus je na komunikaciji kao ključnom faktoru koji čini tim uspješnijim i osigurava jasan protok informacija, te samim tim igra važnu ulogu u djelovanju tima. U radu su objašnjeni oblici komunikacije i primjeri njene upotrebe u praksi. Zaključak je da je komunikacija sredstvo koje je neizbježno za uspostavljanje pravilnog rada tima i ostvarivanja ciljeva. Za uspješno stvaranje kohezije i sinergije tima važna je primjerna asertivne komunikacije, aktivno slušanje sugovornika i odabir vođe koji će usmjeravati, voditi i motivirati svoj tim prema ciljevima. Abstract (english)
Nowadays teamwork is inevitable. Due to the complexity of the environment and the requirements placed in front of the team, individual performance of the task would mean a loss of time and failure to achieve the goal, because one person cannot possess all the necessary knowledge to solve the task. This paper explains the importance of teamwork and how it can be improved. With proper leadership and management, the team is oriented towards the goals. We use communication in everyday life... More and it is essential for creating interpersonal relationship as well as for creating team bonding. The focus is on communication as a key factor that makes the team more successful and ensures a clear flow of information, thus playing an important role in the team’s performance. The paper explains the forms of communication and examples of it’s use in practice. The conclusion is that communication is a means that is inevitable for establishing proper team work and achieving goals. For the successful creation of team cohesion and synergy, exemplary assertive communication, active listening to interlocutors and the selection of a leader who will guide , lead and motivate his team to wards goals are mandatory.
