Abstract
Organizacijski problemi su neizbježan faktor u poslovanju organizacija i timova. U ovom istraživanju proučavano je kako pravilan planski pristup i upotreba odgovarajućih tehnika mogu riješiti svaki tip organizacijskog problema. Analizirane su četiri najkorištenije tehnike: Brainstorming, analiza SWOT, Ishikawa dijagram i Metodologija 5S. Brainstorming potiče kreativnost i generiranje novih ideja, analiza SWOT pomaže u identifikaciji unutarnjih snaga i slabosti te vanjskih prilika i prijetnji. Ishikawa dijagram omogućuje strukturiranu analizu uzroka problema, dok se upotrebom Metodologije 5S fokusira na organizaciju radnog prostora i procesa radi postizanja efikasnosti. Svaka tehnika nudi jedinstvene perspektive i pristupe u identifikaciji, analizi i rješavanju organizacijskih problema. Važno je odabrati odgovarajuću tehniku sukladno specifičnostima problema. Kontinuirano praćenje i evaluacija rezultata osiguravaju uspjeh rješavanja organizacijskih problema. Uz pravilan pristup i primjenu navedenih tehnika, organizacije mogu poboljšati svoje poslovne procese, povećati produktivnost i ostvariti postavljene ciljeve. Kontinuirano poboljšanje i ulaganje u razvoj vještina rješavanja problema ključni su za postizanje uspješnog i održivog poslovanja u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju. U drugom dijelu rada prikazani su primjeri primjene tehnika Brainstorminga, SWOT analize, Ishikawa dijagrama te Metodologije 5S, na primjeru poduzeća Nestle.
Abstract (english)
Organizational problems are an inevitable factor in the operation of organizations and teams. This research examines how a proper planned approach and the use of appropriate techniques can solve any type of organizational problem. Four commonly used techniques were analyzed: Brainstorming, SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram, and the 5S Methodology. Brainstorming encourages creativity and the generation of new ideas, SWOT analysis helps identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats. The Ishikawa diagram enables a structured analysis of the causes of the problem, while the 5S Methodology focuses on organizing the workspace and processes to achieve efficiency. Each technique offers unique perspectives and approaches in identifying, analyzing, and solving organizational problems. It is important to choose the appropriate technique based on the specificities of the problem. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of results ensure the success of solving organizational problems. With the proper approach and implementation of these techniques, organizations can improve their business processes, increase productivity, and achieve set goals. Continuous improvement and investment in problem-solving skills are crucial for achieving successful and sustainable business operations in the modern business environment. The second part of the final paper presents examples of applying Brainstorming, SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram, and the 5S Methodology in the case of Nestle company.
