Abstract
Tržište kapitala mjesto je susreta ponude i potražnje za kapitalom i omogućuje trgovanje vrijednosnim papirima s dospijećem dužim od jedne godine i to su najčešće dionice i obveznice. Trgovanje vrijednosnim papirima na hrvatskom tržištu kapitala odvija se na isti način kao i u svijetu, dok je međunarodno tržište znatno razvijenije, ponajviše zbog većeg broja fizičkih osoba koje su uključene u trgovinu, ali i kapitala i znatno većih vrijednosti samog tržišta. Hrvatsko tržište jedno je od najbolje organiziranih u regiji i ovom dijelu Europe te se i dalje razvija. Pravna i regulatorna tijela, prvenstveno HANFA, osiguravaju da se sudjelovanje banaka, fizičkih i pravnih osoba odvija u skladu sa zakonom te omogućuje transparentnost transakcija i dostupnost informacija. Prikazan je i izanaliziran period 2022.godine i prvi dio 2023. vezan za trgovanje vrijednosnim papirima. Analiza prikazuje pad prometa na Zagrebačkoj burzi te se svjedoči o problemima Zagrebačke burze i hrvatskog tržišta kapitala. Tome se svakako pridodaje i nelikvidnost hrvatskog tržišta kapitala. Sa smanjenjem instrumenata dostupnih za trgovanje, dolazi do pada prometa. Stoga je potrebno povećati broj dioničkih društava koja će biti uvrštena na tržište kapitala u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The capital market is the place where supply and demand for capital meet and enables the trading of securities with maturities of more than one year, which are usually stocks and bonds. Securities trading on the Croatian capital market takes place in the same way as in the world, while the international market is much more developed, mostly due to the greater number of natural persons involved in trading, but also capital and significantly higher values of the market itself. The Croatian market is one of the best organized in the region and this part of Europe and is still developing. Legal and regulatory bodies, primarily HANFA, ensure that the participation of banks, individuals and legal entities takes place in accordance with the law and enables transparency of transactions and availability of information. The period of 2022 and the first part of 2023 related to securities trading is presented and analyzed. The analysis shows the decline in turnover on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and provides evidence of the problems of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Croatian capital market. The illiquidity of the Croatian capital market is certainly added to this. With the reduction of instruments available for trading, there is a drop in turnover. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of joint stock companies that will be listed on the capital market in the Republic of Croatia.
