Abstract
Dinamično i neprestano razvijajuće područje marketinškog upravljanja u aspektu industrije informatičke tehnologije sve više dobiva na važnosti. Ovim radom i istraživanjem nastoji se utvrditi važnost i učinkovitost upravljanja marketingom u industriji informatičkih tehnologija. U samom radu su pobliže objašnjene važnosti razvijanja marketinških strategija, nabrojani marketinški trendovi te inovacije i nove tehnologije koje se pojavljuju u istoimenoj industriji. S novim marketinškim trendovima, napretkom tehnologije i različitim zahtjevima klijenata poslovni subjekti koji djeluju u industriji informatičkih tehnologija suočavaju se s različitim izazovima koji su dobiveni provedenim istraživanjem. Na tragu rezultata istraživanja, dane su ideje za buduća istraživanja kao i područja moguće primjene dobivenih rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The dynamic and constantly developing field of marketing management in the aspect of the information technology industry is gaining more and more importance. This work and research aims to determine the importance and effectiveness of marketing management in the information technology industry. The paper itself explains in more detail the importance of developing marketing strategies, listed marketing trends and innovations and new technologies appearing in the industry of the same name. With new marketing trends, technological advances and different client requirements, business entities operating in the information technology industry face different challenges that have been obtained through research. Based on the results of the research, ideas for future research are given as well as areas of possible application of the obtained results
