Abstract
Digitalna transformacija bankarskog sektora predstavlja nužan proces prilagodbe novim tehnološkim trendovima koji značajno utječu na poslovanje banaka i njihovu interakciju s klijentima. Ovaj proces uključuje integraciju internetskog i mobilnog bankarstva, automatizaciju poslovnih procesa, implementaciju blockchain tehnologije te suradnju s FinTech tvrtkama. Inovativne tehnologije poput internet i mobilnog bankarstva te blockchaina mijenjaju tradicionalne bankarske modele, omogućujući personaliziranije, fleksibilnije i učinkovitije usluge. Transformacija donosi korisnicima brži pristup računima, jednostavnije plaćanje i pristup različitim uslugama, što poboljšava korisničko iskustvo. Također, smanjuje operativne troškove i povećava konkurentnost banaka. S obzirom na ove promjene, razumijevanje čimbenika koji utječu na zadovoljstvo klijenata digitalnim uslugama postaje ključno. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti povezanost između digitalnih inovacija i zadovoljstva korisnika bankarskim uslugama.
Abstract (english)
The digital transformation of the banking sector is a necessary process of adapting to new technological trends that have a significant impact on banks' business activities and their interaction with customers. This process includes the integration of internet and mobile banking, the automation of business processes, the implementation of blockchain technology and collaboration with FinTech companies. Innovative technologies such as internet and mobile banking and blockchain are changing traditional banking models and enabling more personalized, flexible and efficient services. The transformation brings users faster access to accounts, easier payments and access to different services, which improves the user experience. It also reduces operating costs and increases the competitiveness of banks. In light of these changes, it is important to understand the factors that influence customer satisfaction with digital services. The aim of this paper is to explore the relationship between digital innovation and customer satisfaction with banking services..
