Quality management is extremely important for any company which wants to be present on the market in the long term and achieve good business results. Tržnica ltd Osijek is no exception. The subject of this paper is quality management in Tržnica ltd Osijek. The aim of this paper is to explain the importance of quality management for business operations with an emphasis on quality management in Tržnica ltd Osijek. The purpose of this paper is to explain what is quality management and to investigate people's perception of the quality management system of Tržnica ltd Osijek. Looking at the Tržnica ltd Osijek business it can be seen that Tržnica ltd Osijek really invests in the quality of business and that it tries to be effective in managing quality of the business. From the results of the conducted research, it was observed that the respondents in the research believe that Tržnica ltd Osijek has quality products, offers quality services and that the space area ofTržnica ltd Osijek is high quality. Also, the research results indicate that respondents believe that Tržnica ltd Osijek successfully manages the quality of its business. Given that Tržnica ltd Osijek invests in quality management and is aware of the importance of continuous investing in the quality of operations, it is to be expected that the quality of operations of Tržnica ltd Osijek will continue to grow in the future.
