Abstract
Svrha ovoga rada je pružiti pregled i razumijevanje evolucije sustava za upravljanje resursima poduzeća, odnosno ERP sustava u kontekstu suvremenih tehnoloških inovacija. U radu se istražuje kako su nove tehnologije poput umjetne inteligencije, automatizacije, računalstva u oblaku i analize utjecale na ERP sustave i organizacije. Cilj je istražiti ulogu novih tehnologija u transformaciji ERP sustava te predvidjeti buduće trendove i izazove na globalnom tržištu ERP rješenja. U teorijskoj... More podlozi prikazano je kako ERP sustavi predstavljaju ključni alat za integraciju i upravljanje poslovnim procesima unutar organizacije te njihova uloga u poslovanju i centralizaciji podataka, automatizaciji procesa i donošenju odluka. Također, na sustavan način prikazana je povijest i evolucija ERP sustava. Za svrhu ovog rada koristit će se sustavni pregled poznate literature. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da se u idućim godinama očekuje rast inovacija i implementiranih inovativnih rješenja u ERP sustave. Također su prikazani ERP sustavi koji su implementirali neke od inovativnih tehnologija u svoje sustave te prednosti i izazovi integracije ERP sustava s novim tehnologijama. U zaključku su naglašene prednosti novih tehnologija, ali i izazovi koji će pratiti nove tehnologije u njihovom razvoju poput sigurnosnih rizika i potreba za edukacijom korisnika istih. Less
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview and understanding of the evolution of enterprise resource management systems, i.e. ERP systems in the context of modern technological innovations. The paper investigates how new technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing and analytics have affected ERP systems and organizations. The goal is to investigate the role of new technologies in the transformation of ERP systems and to predict future trends and... More challenges in the global market of ERP solutions. The theoretical background shows how ERP systems represent a key tool for integrating and managing business processes within the organization and their role in business and data centralization, process automation and decision-making. Also, the history and evolution of the ERP system is presented in a systematic way. For the purpose of this work, a systematic review of the known literature will be used. The research results show that the growth of innovations and implemented innovative solutions in ERP systems is expected in the coming years. Also presented are ERP systems that have implemented some of the innovative technologies in their systems, as well as the advantages and challenges of integrating ERP systems with new technologies. The conclusion emphasizes the advantages of new technologies, but also the challenges that will accompany new technologies in their development, such as security risks and the need for user education.
