Abstract
Završni rad govori o reinženjeringu poslovnih procesa u tvrtkama i stvaranju organizacije koja uči. I proces reinženjeringa i proces implementacije kulture učenja u sve dijelove organizacije napredne su tehnike i aktivnosti unaprijeđenja kvalitete i brzine poslovanja tvrtki. Rad prvo govori o procesnom pristupu organizaciji, gdje se naglašava važnost povezivanja međuovisnih procesa u organizaciji neovisno o granicama pojedinih poslovnih funkcija. Procesna orijentiranost tvrtke preduvjet je za... More provođenje reinženjeringa i razmjenu znanja između svih djelatnika u organizaciji. U radu će biti pojašnjeni koraci u procesu reinženjeringa, uloga menadžmenta, vođe reinženjeringa i procesnih skupina u reinženjeringu te će biti navedeni neki temeljni principi reinženjeringa. Posljednje poglavlje vezano uz reinženjering predstavit će i analizirati proces reinženjeringa poslovnih procesa u praksi, na primjeru tvrtke Ford Motor Company. Drugi dio rada govori o metodama stvaranja organizacije koja uči i važnosti znanja za uspješno poslovanje organizacija. Biti će navedene neke temeljne karakteristike organizacije koja uči te će biti opisan proces stvaranja i načini održavanja organizacije koja uči. U završnom dijelu rada biti će sažeto prikazana temeljna saznanja o reinženjeringu i učećoj organizaciji te važnosti istih za poslovanje u dinamičnom i zahtjevnom suvremenom poslovnom okružju. Less
Abstract (english)
This thesis will be talking about business process reengineering in companies and creating learning organization. Reengineering process as well as the implementation of a culture of learning in all of the parts of the organization are advanced techniques and activities to improve quality and speed of business. This work will firstly be talking about process approach to the organization where emphasis will be on the importance of connecting interdependent processes regardless of the... More boundaries of some business functions. Orientation to processes within company is precondition for conduction of reengineering and for knowledge exchange among co-workers within the company. In this thesis steps of the reengineering process will be explained as well as the management role, leaders of the reengineering and process groups in reengineering. There are also going to be mentioned fundamental principles of reengineering. The last chapter focusing on business process reengineering will analyze this process in practice on the example of Ford Motor Company. Second part of the thesis will be focused on methods of creating learning organization and the importance of knowledge in running a successful business. Main characteristics of learning organization will be listed and process of creating and maintaining learning organization will be described. In the last part of this thesis concisely will be presented fundamental findings of reengineering and learning organization as well as their importance in company business in the dynamic and demanding modern business environment.
