Abstract
Ovim radom objasnit će se značenje poduzetništva, njegove karakteristike, pojava poduzetništva kroz povijest te kako se ono mijenjalo sve do današnjih dana. Danas imamo moderno društvo i okruženje, te su se mogućnosti poduzetništva znatno promijenile. Samim razvojem tehnike i tehnologije ljudi su otkrivali brojne mogućnosti ekonomskog djelovanja kakvog nisu poznavali do današnjih dana. U radu će se govoriti i o bitnim obilježjima poduzeća, osnivanju poduzeća i pravnim oblicima poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Obraditi će se mala, srednja i velika poduzeća i njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Ovaj rad izdvaja i razmatra poduzetništvo kao izazov današnjeg novog vremena i novih uvjeta poslovnog okruženja, novih izvora ideja i novih mogućnosti poslovnog i poduzetničkog djelovanja. Poduzetništvo je važan faktor proizvodnje, iz čega zaključujemo da je teško zamisliti razvijeno društvo bez ljudi koji vode i organiziraju ekonomski život.
Abstract (english)
In this work it will be explained the significance of entrepreneurship, its features, the emergence of entrepreneurship throughout history and how it changed to the present day. Today we have a modern society and the environment, and the possibilities of entrepreneurship significantly changed. Therefore the development of techniques and technologies people are discovering the many possibilities of economic activity as we did not know until today. The paper will be discussed and the essential elements of the company, incorporation and legal forms of companies in the Republic of Croatia. The course will be small, medium and large enterprises and their advantages and disadvantages. This work, in its essence stands and consider entrepreneurship as a challenge today, new times and new conditions of the business environment, new sources of ideas and new opportunities of business and entrepreneurial activity. Entrepreneurship is an important factor of production, which in turn leads to the fact that it is hard to imagine a developed society without people running and organizing economic life.
