Abstract
Ponuda i potražnja temelj su tržišta resursa i dobara. Potražnja i izbor potrošača, o kojima će biti riječ u ovome radu, bave se maksimaliziranjem potrošačeve korisnosti. Na potrošačev izbor utječu dohodak, cijene dobara i sama ponuda na tržištu. U suvremenom društvu svakodnevno se obavljaju mnoge transakcije i kupnje koje rezultiraju raznim fluktuacijama na tržištu. Zbog tih fluktuacija dolazi do promjena cijena, inflacije i deflacije, stvaranja nezaposlenosti, ali i otvaranja novih radnih mjesta jer se otvaraju mogućnosti većeg tržišta zbog stalnih novih potreba potrošača i slično. Svaka promjena ima utjecaj na ekonomsku ravnotežu koja može biti narušena te će se morati ponovo uspostaviti raznim mjerama fiskalne i monetarane politike. Sama ponuda i potražnja se međusobno nadopunjuju i ovise jedna o drugoj. Ovaj rad temelji se na osnovnim načelima potražnje kao što su ponašanje potrošača, izbor potrošača i njegova korisnost. Analizira i elastičnost potražnje i način na koji ona utječe na izbor potrošača te odgovara na pitanje zašto dolazi do promjena u izboru pri kupnji nekih dobara. Na čemu se temelji odabir potrošača kada ima izbor između minimalno dva dobra? Kako taj izbor utječe na zadovoljenje njegovih potreba? Sve to su neka od pitanja kojim će se baviti ovaj rad i na koja će se pokušati dati odgovor.
Abstract (english)
Supply and demand are the basis of market of goods and resources. Demand and consumers choice, which will be explained in this paper, deal with maximizing consumers utility. Income, price of goods and supply itself effect on consumers choice. In contemporary society, there are numerous transactions and buys that result in market fluctuations. Because of those fluctuations there are often changes in prices, inflation and deflation, creating of unemployment, but also making new job places that can be created due to new consumer needs. Every change has impact on economic balance that can be destroyed and has to be newly established by monetary and fiscal politics. Supply and demand are complimentary and are interdependent. This work is based on elementary principles like consumer’s choice and behavior and its utility. It will analyze elasticity of demand and the way it effects on choice of consumers and answer why there are changes in choice when choosing between two goods. What is consumers choice based on when choosing goods? How that choice impacts on utilizing his needs? These are only some of the questions that this paper will deal with and try to give an answer.
