A great influence on globalization in recent years has caused the development of modern communication devices connected with the development of the Internet. The availability of the Internet and smart phones have removed the boundary between private and business, as business people become available anywhere and anytime. Fast changes must be adjust to those who want to survive in the business environment, especially those who want to achieve something more. Flexibility and acceptance of new knowledge and lifelong learning are the characteristics that demands the global market today. The global market has enabled multinational companies to relocate production to parts of the world where the work force is cheaper and the direct foreign investment enables gradual development and prosperity of underdeveloped countries. The market connection of different countries, by signing trade agreements, has enabled the emergence of a single global market that affects positively but also negatively the disorder. One example of a negative disorder is the crises that started about ten years ago in the United States and transmitted to the European Union and other countries. The global market has enabled the transfer of knowledge, technology, capital and work force. The consequence of the transfer of work force through Croatia’s accession to the European Union is a lack of high quality and educated workers who due to better working conditions and greater and safer benefits decided to leave Croatia.
