Abstract
Još u prošlom stoljeću, Peter Drucker je rekao: kako kultura jede strategiju za doručak. Pod time je utvrdio kako će organizacijska kultura uvijek nadvladati poslovnu strategiju. Ta izjava vrijedi i danas. Ono što možemo dodati jest da će organizacijska kultura „pojesti“ inovaciju za ručak i transformaciju za večeru. Time zaključujemo da je kultura organizacije ono što definira njenu inovativnost, a time i njenu sposobnost transformacije. U ovom radu najviše pozornosti posvećeno je reinženjeringu tvrtke, dakle, ne samo promjeni, nego promjeni iz korijena. Reinženjering je obrađen kroz četiri ključne riječi: temeljno, radikalno, dramatično, te kroz procese. Također su obrađene i zajedničke karakteristike koje često susrećemo u poslovnim procesima na koje se reinženjering odnosi. Rad je upotpunjen pregledom izabranih metoda kojima se uvode promjene u organizaciju te je prikazan jedan uspješan slučaj reinženjeringa u poslovnom svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Back in the last century, Peter Drucker said that organizational culture eats strategy for breakfast. Under this, he determined that organizational culture will always outweigh the business strategy. That statement is also true today. What we can add is that organizational culture will “eat“ innovation for lunch and transformation for dinner. This concludes that the culture of an organization is what defines its innovation and therefore its ability to transform. In this paper, most attention is paid to reengineering the company, therefore, not only to change, but to change from the root. Reengineering is handled through four keywords: fundamental, radical, dramatic, and through processes. Common features that we often encounter in reengineered business processes are also addressed. Furthermore, the paper also focuses on who and what is being reengineered. The paper is completed by an overview of selected methods that introduce changes to the organization and presents a successful case of reengineering in the business world.
