Abstract
Dobro vođena komunikacija podrazumijeva, osim aktivnog slušanja i uočavanje neverbalnih poruka, koje su često bogatije od samog govora stoga je svrha ovog rada prikaz kanala neverbalne komunikacije te njihova važnost u komunikaciji. Teorije i istraživanja povezana s neverbalnom komunikacijom usredotočuju se na tri primarne jedinice: okolinske strukture i uvjete u kojima se komunikacija odigrava, fizičke karakteristike samih pojedinaca koji komuniciraju i različita ponašanja koja ti pojedinci manifestiraju. U radu će se prikazati i rezultati vlastitog istraživanja provedenog na uzorku od 100 ispitanika, a metode koje su korištene su: metoda teorijske analize, te deskriptivno-analitička metoda, kao i metoda prikupljanja podataka tj. anketni upitnik. Istraživanje naziva „Istraživanje važnosti neverbalne komunikacije u prodaji“ je nastojalo izmjeriti važnost i utjecaj neverbalne komunikacije. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su kako 70% ispitanika smatra kako su neverbalne značajke kupca važnije od govora, dok velika većina smatra kako je prvi dojam važan te utječe na tijek poslovanja. Više od pola tj. 55% ispitanika smatra kako se na uspješnost komunikacije odražava njihovo držanje tijela, dok 30% smatra kako neverbalne značajke ne pokazuju više od govora. Praćenje neverbalne komunikacije zajedno sa doziranjem vlastite neverbalne komunikacije može pomoći u kreiranju ugodne atmosfere i procjene sljedećeg koraka što utječe na uspostavljanje dobrog odnosa s klijentom a samim time i uspješnosti prodaje.
Abstract (english)
Well-guided communication implies, in addition to actively listening also and noticing non-verbal messages, which are often richer than speech itself, so the purpose of this paper is to show the channels of non-verbal communication and their importance in communication. Theories and research relating to non-verbal communication focus on three basic units: the environmental structures and conditions in which communication occurs, the physical characteristics of the individuals communicating, and the different behaviors of these individuals. The results of our own research will be presented in the paper. survey questionnaire. The survey sought to measure the importance and impact of non-verbal communication, and it was found that 70% of respondents believed that non-verbal customer characteristics were more important than speech, while the vast majority thought that first impression was important and affected the flow of business. More than half, 55 percent of respondents believe that the way of holding vody affects their communication, while 30% of respondets believe that non verbal communication do not show as much as verbal ones. Monitoring non-verbal communication along with dosing your own non-verbal communication can help you create a comfortable atmosphere and evaluate the next step, which in turn leads to establishing a good relationship with the customer and therefore to success in sales.
