Abstract
Moderne organizacijske strukture omogućuju dinamičnu razmjenu informacija i znanja prijeko potrebnih za uspješno konkuriranje na tržištu. Iste moraju omogućiti ostvarivanje optimalnih poslovnih rezultata, te olakšati kolaboraciju na organizacijskoj razini. Tehnološki napredak posljednjih desetljeća primorava organizacije da se što brže prilagođavaju kako bi zadržali ili povećali svoj tržišni udio. Matrična organizacijska struktura privlači nove organizacijske korisnike zbog svoje projektno... More orijentirane strukture, fleksibilnosti i efikasne komunikacije. No i dalje najvažniji organizacijski resurs predstavljaju zaposlenici kojima organizacijska struktura omogućava neometan i efektivan rad. Digitalizacija tržišta rada polagano uništava geografske granice zapošljavanja te nudi ogromnu paletu mogućnosti radnicima diljem svijeta, te se sve više organizacije bori sa visokim troškovima fluktuacije zaposlenika i dužim periodima niže produktivnost. U tom kontekstu proces zadržavanja i privlačenja kvalitetnih zaposlenika postaje organizacijski imperativ i direktno je povezan sa poslovnim uspjehom. Utjecaj materijalne kompenzacije ima značajnu ulogu u tom procesu te isto istražuje u radu. Less

Modern organizational structure should facilitate dynamic interchange of information and knowledge essential for competitiveness on a global market. At the same time they should enable optimal business results and simplify communication. Technological prosperity and innovation in recent decades have forced organizations to adapt as quickly as possible to maintain or increase their market share. The matrix organizational structure attracts new organizational users due to its... More project-oriented structure, flexibility and efficient communication. However, the most important organizational resource is still represented by employees. The digitalization of the labor market is slowly destroying geographic employment boundaries and offering a huge array of opportunities to workers around the world, and more and more organizations are struggling with higher employee turnover costs and longer periods of lower productivity. In this context, the process of retaining and attracting quality employees becomes an organizational imperative and is directly related to business success. The impact of material compensation plays a significant role in this process and is also explored in the paper. Less
