Abstract
Zadovoljni i motivirani zaposlenici koji u potpunosti koriste vlastite sposobnosti, vještine i znanja, a sve u svrhu ostvarenja ciljeva kompanije, bogatstvo su za organizacije, stoga poslodavci pronalaze različite načine kako bi dodatno motivirali i potaknuli svoje zaposlenike. Ključan zadatak menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala stoga je razraditi strategije i politike nagrađivanja kojima će privući i zadržati stručne i kvalificirane zaposlenike. U radu se ukazuje na važnost primjene... More strategija nagrađivanja te se uz materijalne strategije stavlja naglasak i na nematerijalne strategije kojima se sve više potiče i ohrabruje zaposlenike. Kao jedna od ključnih strategija nagrađivanja, u radu se spominje i upravljanje pomoću ciljeva čija se glavna prednost ogleda u aktivnom sudjelovanju zaposlenika u postavljanju ciljeva čime zaposlenici dobivaju dodatnu snagu i motiv koji ih pokreće. U radu je iznesen primjer poduzeća Hrvatski Telekom koje prepoznaje važnost ulaganja u razvoj zaposlenika te brojnim strategijama i pogodnostima osigurava najviše zadovoljstvo svojih zaposlenika što ih čini jednom od najkonkurentnijih vodećih kompanija današnjice. Rezultati istraživanja rada, kroz anketni upitnik ukazuju da su glavni motivatori za zaposlenike plaća, bonusi i poticaji, priznanje za dobro obavljeni posao te mogućnost napredovanja. Abstract (english)
Satisfied and motivated employees who make full use of their own abilities, skills and knowledge, all for the purpose of achieving company goals, are a treasure for organizations, so employers find different ways to further motivate and motivate their employees. The key task of human resource management is therefore to develop reward strategies and policies that will attract and retain professional and qualified employees. The paper points out the importance of the application of... More reward strategies, and in addition to material strategies, emphasis is also placed on intangible strategies which increasingly encourage employees. As one of the key rewarding strategies, the paper mentions goal management, the main advantage of which is reflected in the active participation of employees in setting goals, which gives employees additional strength and motivation that drives them. The paper presents the example of the company Hrvatski Telekom, which recognizes the importance of investing in employee development and numerous strategies and benefits ensures the highest satisfaction of its employees, which makes them one of the most competitive leading companies today. The results of the work survey, through a survey questionnaire, indicate that the main motivators for employees are salaries, bonuses and incentives, recognition for a job well done and the possibility of promotion.
