Abstract
Zaposlenici, ali i menadžeri u poduzećima su izuzetno važan čimbenik pri postizanju ciljeva. Izvršavanjem zadataka koje zaposlenici dobiju od svojih menadžera definira jesu li ciljevi poduzeća uspješno odrađeni. Naravno, menadžeri su oni koji zaposlenike motiviraju te na njih utječu raznim metodama. Svaki menadžer posjeduje određena znanja i tehnike koje utječu na zaposlenike te ih to dijeli od boljih do onih lošijih. S druge strane, pravilno odrađen zadatak u konačnici odrađuju zaposlenici. Kako bi zadaci bili što bolje odrađeni, a rezultati visoki, veoma je bitno da se menadžeri i zaposlenici obostrano razumiju te poštuju.
Abstract (english)
Employees, but also managers in companies are an extremely important factor in achieving goals. By performing the tasks that employees receive from their managers, it defines whether the company's goals have been successfully completed. Of course, managers are the ones who motivate employees and influence them through various methods. Every manager has certain knowledge and techniques that affect employees and this divides them from better to worse. On the other hand, a properly done task is ultimately done by employees. In order for the tasks to be done as well as possible, and the results to be high, it is very important that managers and employees understand and respect each other.
