Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog završnog rada je objasniti i na praktičnom primjeru prikazati postupak praćenja i ocjenjivanja radne uspješnosti zaposlenika u poslovnim organizacijama. Ocjenjivanje radne uspješnosti se može provesti na mnoge načine, a na voditeljima i menadžerima ljudskih resursa ostaje izbor metoda i tehnika koje najviše odgovaraju njihovim sposobnostima, vremenskim ograničenjima i raspoloživim resursima. Proces praćenja radnih učinaka može podlijegati raznim subjektivnim i objektivnim pogreškama koje bi se trebale minimizirati u najvećoj mogućoj mjeri s treninzima i edukacijama ocjenjivača. Prema tome, cilj ovoga rada je prikazati važnost praćenja i ocjenjivanja radne uspješnosti zaposlenika za uspješan razvoj ljudskih potencijala, ali ponajviše za efektivnije i efikasnije ostvarenje organizacijskih ciljeva. Kako bi se predmet i cilj istraživanja obradili, završni rad je podijeljen na dva dijela koja su obuhvaćena kroz osam poglavlja. Prvi se dio sastoji od teorijske obrade teme, određivanja metodologije rada te podjele na metode, tehnike i pogreške, dok se drugi dio sastoji od analize na praktičnom primjeru farmaceutske tvrtke koja potkrepljuje i dokazuje definiranu teoriju.
Abstract (english)
The subject of research of this final paper is to explain and show on a practical example the process of monitoring and evaluating the work performance of employees in business organizations. Performance appraisal can be conducted in many ways, leaving department heads and human resource managers to choose the methods and techniques that best suit their abilities, time constraints, and available resources. The performance monitoring process can be subject to various subjective and objective errors that should be minimized as much as possible with the training and education of evaluators. Therefore, this final paper aims to show the importance of monitoring and evaluating the work performance of employees for the successful development of human resources, but most of all for more effective and efficient achievement of organizational goals. To address the subject and goal of the research, the final paper divides into two parts covered through eight chapters. The first part consists of the theoretical treatment of the topic, determining the methodology of work and division into methods, techniques, and errors while the second part consists of analysis on a practical example of a pharmaceutical company that supports and proves a defined theory.
