Abstract
Rad se bavi identificiranjem i analiziranjem novih, suvremenih trendova u organizacijama. Naglasak je na poslovnim organizacijama, onima koje djeluju na slobodnom tržištu. Cilj rada je prezentirati različite spoznaje i istraživanja trendova te ukazati na pozitivne i negativne učinke koje donose. Jednako tako, važno je i kada, odnosno u kojim situacijama donose pozitivne, a u kojim negativne učinke. Korištene su razne metode, a ponajviše metoda analize, deskripcije i indukcije. U poglavlju teorijska podloga i prethodna istraživanja objašnjen je pojam organizacije i njezin značaj za čovječanstvo. Rad na daljinu (engl. „teleworking“), opisan je i objašnjen te su navedeni njegovi nedostatci i prednosti. Jednako tako analizirani su i ostali trendovi poput fleksibilnog radnog vremena, „outsourcing-a“, „offshoring-a“ i virtualne organizacije. U radu se ističe kako učinci trendova po mnogočemu ovise o njihovoj implementaciji u organizaciju i samoj organizacijskoj kulturi. U budućnosti, organizacije će i dalje stremiti smanjenju operativnih troškova, povećanju efikasnosti. Uz to važno će biti politika odnosa prema zaposleniku, biti će potrebno posvetiti im više vremena i poraditi na njihovom zadovoljstvu.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the identification and analysis of new, contemporary trends in organizations. The emphasis is on business organizations, those operating in the free market. This paper aims to present different knowledge and research of trends. Furthermore, to point out the positive and negative effects they bring. Another important thing is to show when and in which situations they bring positive and negative effects. Various methods were used, most notably methods of analysis, description, and induction. The chapter Theoretical Background and Previous Research explains the concept of organization and its significance for humanity. Teleworking is described and explained. Its disadvantages and advantages are listed. Other trends such as flexible working hours, outsourcing, offshoring, and virtual organization were also analyzed. The paper points out that the effects of trends largely depend on their implementation in the organization and the organizational culture itself. In the future, organizations will continue to strive to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency. In addition, the policy of attitude towards the employee will be important. It will be necessary to dedicate more time to them and work on their satisfaction.
