Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tematika vezana uz upravljanje karijerom zaposlenika. Danas, u turbulentnom poslovnom okruženju poduzećima je glavni cilj imati kvalitetnu radnu snagu koja će izvršavati svoje poslovne zadatke. Kako bi poduzeće imalo kvalitetnu radnu snagu mora sustavno ulagati u razvoj karijere svojih zaposlenika. U radu je kroz teorijski pristup obrađen pojam upravljanja karijerom, što motivira zaposlenike tijekom njihove karijere, faze u karijeri kao i sustavi nagrađivanja zaposlenika. Za svako poduzeće je od neizmjerljive važnosti da ima kvalitetan menadžment koji će crpiti najkvalitetnije zaposlenike iz ljudskih resursa. Za napredovanje u karijeri važan je proces planiranja karijere prema kojem će se svaki pojedinac orijentirati te prema tom koncept razvijati svoje vještine i mogućnosti.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic related to employee career management. Today, in a turbulent business environment, the main goal for companies is to have a quality workforce that will perform their business tasks. In order for a company to have a quality workforce, it must systematically invest in the career development of its employees. The paper deals with the concept of career management through a theoretical approach, which motivates employees during their careers, career stages as well as employee reward systems. It is of immeasurable importance for every company to have a quality management that will draw the best employees from human resources. For the career advancement, the career planning process is important, according to which each individual will be oriented and according to that concept, develop their skills and abilities.
