Abstract
Ovaj završni rad se bavi temom utjecaja organizacijske kulture na razvoj i uspješnost poduzeća na tržištu. Postoje brojne definicije organizacijske kulture, ali teško je točno odrediti kakvo značenje ima i koji su sve utjecaji koje kultura može imati na neku organizaciju. Postoje razni aspekti organizacijske kulture koji mogu pozitivno i negativno utjecati na poduzeće ovisno o jačini utjecaja tih aspekata i načinu na koji se manifestiraju. Dobra organizacijska kultura može se stvarati na razne načine, pri čemu je utjecaj lidera ključan, a postoje brojni čimbenici koje je potrebno uvažavati kako bi se u poduzeću stvorila i održala organizacijska kultura koja poduzeća vodi ka uspjehu. Organizacijske kultura ima velik utjecaj i na strateško upravljanje poduzećem, te stvaranje dugoročne i održive konkurentske prednosti. Brojna uspješna poduzeća svoj uspjeh i razvoj mogu zahvaliti pozitivnoj i snažnoj organizacijskoj kulturi.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis work focuses on the influence of organizational culture on the development and success of an organization in the market. There are numerous definitions of organizational culture, but it is hard to determine a specific meaning and what influence it can have on an organization. There are various aspects of organizational culture that can influence organizations positively or negatively based on the strength of these aspects and in what ways they manifest. Good organizational culture can be created in various ways that are impacted by the leader's influence, and there are numerous factors which should be considered in order to create and upkeep a successful organizational culture within the organization. Organizational culture can have a big influence on strategic management and long-term competitive advantage. Positive and strong organizational culture is the key to many organizations' success and development.
