Abstract
Da bi se uspješno upravljalo poduzećem, važno je provoditi različite analize financijskih izvještaja. Analiza omogućava donošenje kvalitetnijih odluka, prepoznavanje mogućih slabosti poduzeća i poboljšanje rezultata budućeg poslovanja. Može se reći kako je analiza financijskih izvještaja proces primjene različitih odnosa pozicija financijskih izvještaja pomoću kojih se prikazani podatci transformiraju u relevantne informacije zainteresiranim korisnicima. Cilj ovog završnog rada je analiza financijskog stanja poduzeća Spačva d.d. Vinkovci. Provedbom horizontalne i vertikalne analize, kao i izračunom financijskih pokazatelja, utvrđeno je kako poduzeće Spačva posluje sigurno i uspješno. Kroz cijelo promatrano razdoblje Spačva d.d. Vinkovci ostvaruje dobit, pa čak i u razdoblju pandemije COVID-19 virusa, što samo potvrđuje veličinu ovog poduzeća u drvnoj industriji.
Abstract (english)
In order to successfully manage an enterprise, it is important to conduct various analyzes of financial statements. The analysis allows for better decisions to be made, the recognition of possible company weaknesses, and the improvement of the results of future business. It can be said that the analysis of financial statements is the process of applying various relations of positions of financial statements by means of which the presented data is transformed into relevant information for interested users. This undergraduate thesis aims to analyze the financial condition of Spačva d.d. Vinkovci. The implementation of horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as the calculation of financial indicators, determined how Spačva operates safely and successfully. Throughout the observed period, Spačva d.d. Vinkovci gains profit, even during the period of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, which only confirms the size of this company in the wood industry.
