Abstract
Promjene u organizaciji su neizostavne. Izvori promjena mogu biti vanjski i unutarnji, te utječu na organizaciju s pozitivnim ili pak negativnim djelovanjem. Pandemija COVID-19 promjena je koja je učinila da se način funkcioniranja cijelog sustava promjeni i ostavila je razne organizacije u neizvjesnosti za opstankom. Bitno je istaknuti da organizacija mora dobro proučiti svoje prijetnje koje bi ju mogle staviti u neizvjesnu poziciju i pod tim okolnostima pojasniti kako pojedine organizacije imaju „spremnu formu“ što se tiče ovakve vrste promjena. Ako organizacija nije predvidjela promjenu, morat će se što brže prilagoditi i naći rješenje, kako bi imala što manje posljedice. Ovisno o kakvoj promjeni se radi, potrebno je znati pravovremeno i pravilno reagirati na svaku od njih. Promjena koja je uzrokovana pandemijom COVID-19 na pojedine je organizacije utjecala u pozitivnom smislu, a na druge pak u negativnom smislu. Organizacija McDonald`s se u toj promjeni vrlo dobro snašla jer je već imala postojeći sustav koji je odgovarao novonastaloj situaciji. Tijekom pandemije, Republika Hrvatska izdala je razne mjere opreza kako bi zaštitila građane od pandemije. U tim mjerama, bila je izdana mjera zabrane rada ugostiteljskim objektima koji nemaju dostavne službe. McDonald`s ima Drive in, pa je stoga mogao poslovati bez suviše gubitaka. Također, ta organizacija je u suradnji s drugim dostavnim službama (kao što su Glovo, Wolt, Pauza i dr.) vrlo dobro uspjela poslovati i nije se morala puno prilagođavati na promjene COVID-19.
Abstract (english)
Changes in the organization are inevitable. Sources of change can be external and internal, and affect the organization with positive or negative effects. The COVID-19 pandemic is a change that has made the new way the whole system works and left various organizations in suspense to survive. It is important to point out that the organization must carefully study the threats that could put it in a precarious position and in these circumstances explain how certain organizations have a "ready form" for this type of change. If the organization did not anticipate the change, it will have to adapt as quickly as possible and find a solution, in order to have as few consequences as possible. Depending on what kind of change it is, it is necessary to know how to react to each of them in a timely and correct manner. The change caused by the COVID- 19 pandemic has affected some organizations in a positive way and others in a negative way. The McDonald`s organization did very well in that change because it already had an existing system that corresponded to the new situation. During the pandemic, the Republic of Croatia issued various precautionary measures to protect citizens from the pandemic. In these measures, a ban was issued on catering facilities that do not have delivery services. McDonald`s has a Drive-in, so it could do business without too many losses. Also, this organization, in cooperation with other delivery services (such as Glovo, Wolt, Pauza, etc.), did very well and did not have to adapt much to the changes in COVID-19.
