Abstract
Osiguranje cestovnih vozila jedno je od najbrojnijih vrsta osiguranja. Rizici korištenja cestovnih vozila su neizbježna za svakog vozača, stoga osiguranje predstavlja najbolju metodu smanjenja navedenog rizika. Ono spada u kategoriju neživotnih osiguranja, te ga je prema zakonskoj regulativi u Republike Hrvatske svaki vlasnik vozila obvezan sklopiti i imati. U radu se analiziraju podatci o kretanju hrvatskog tržišta osiguranja cestovnih vozila u razdoblju između 2017. i 2021. godine. Ujedno su prikazati rezultati ankete kojom su ispitivana iskustva i stavovi osiguranika prilikom naplate i isplate štete po osiguranom slučaju.
Abstract (english)
Motor vehicle insurance is one of the most numerous types of insurance. The risks of using road vehicles are unavoidable for every motorist, so insurance is the best way to reduce this risk. It belongs to the category of non-life insurance, and according to the legislation of the Republic of Croatia, every vehicle owner is obliged to take it out and have it. The paper analyzes data on the development of the Croatian motor insurance market in the period between 2017 and 2021, and at the same time presents the results of the survey, which examines the experience and attitudes of the insured in the collection and payment of claims in the event of insurance.
