Abstract
Pojam tržišta obuhvaća različite čimbenike, a njegovi osnovni elementi uključuju ponudu, potražnju, cijene i konkurenciju. Država ima značajan utjecaj na tržište putem različitih politika i regulacija, što može uključivati zakone o konkurenciji, zaštitu potrošača i fiskalne politike. Razlozi za primjenu mjera države u regulaciji tržišta uključuju želju za očuvanjem pravednosti, sprečavanje monopolističkog ponašanja, zaštitu potrošača te promicanje stabilnosti ekonomije. U radu se posebno analizira tržišna cijena i razmatraju se koncepti zajamčenih i plafoniranih cijena. Istražuje se kako se cijene određuju na tržištu i kako tržišna moć utječe na taj proces. Načini utvrđivanja cijena uključuju tržišne mehanizme poput ponude i potražnje, ali i državne intervencije poput kontrola cijena. Efikasnost razmjene također igra ključnu ulogu u određivanju cijena, jer utječe na ekonomske resurse i dobrobit društva. Razumijevanje mjera države i regulacije tržišta ključno je za održavanje stabilnosti i pravednosti u ekonomskom okruženju te zaštiti interesa potrošača i proizvođača.
Abstract (english)
The term market encompasses various factors, and its basic elements include supply, demand, prices and competition. The state has a significant influence on the market through various policies and regulation, which may include competition laws, consumer protection and fiscal policies. Reasons for applying state measures in market regulation include the desire to preserve fairness, preventing monopolistic behavior, protecting consumers and promoting the stability of the economy. The paper specifically analyzes the market price and considers the concepts of guaranteed and capped prices price. It investigates how prices are determined in the market and how market power affects this process. Ways of determining prices include market mechanisms such as supply and demand, but also state ones interventions such as price controls. Exchange efficiency also plays a key role in pricing, because it affects economic resources and the well-being of society. Understanding measures state and market regulation is essential for maintaining stability and fairness in the economic environment and protect the interests of consumers and producers.
