Abstract
Unatoč prisutnosti velikih europskih brand-ova, Kanaan d.o.o. Donji Miholjac, vodeći je proizvođač snack proizvoda u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za početak, Kanaan d.o.o., svoje poslovanje započinje u slavonskom mjestu – Radikovci smještenom u istočnoj regiji Republike Hrvatske. Povećanjem proizvodnje i stvaranjem novih proizvodnih linija izgrađena je nova tvornica u Donjem Miholjcu, gdje Kanaan d.o.o. posluje i danas. Prvenstveno, završni rad može se podijeliti u dvije glavne kategorije – teorijska podloga i praktični dio. U teorijskoj podlozi se istražuju i pojašnjavaju osnovni financijski izvještaji, dok se u praktičnom dijelu kroz odabrane financijske pokazatelje proučava poslovanje trgovačkog društva Kanaan d.o.o. Donji Miholjac od 2016. do 2021. godine. Nadalje, analiziraju se financijski izvještaji – bilanca te račun dobiti i gubitka pomoću horizontalne i vertikalne analize, zatim financijski pokazatelji – likvidnost, zaduženost, aktivnost, ekonomičnost i profitabilnost. Kroz sve navedene financijske izvještaje i pokazatelje vidjeti će se kako poduzeće posluje, napreduje li tijekom godina te kakav je utjecaj imala pandemija COVID-19 na poslovanje. Zaključno, prikazuje se poslovanje poduzeća tijekom promatranog razdoblja te se daju preporuke za kvalitetnije poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
Despite the presence of major European brands, Kanaan d.o.o. Donji Miholjac is the leading producer of snack products in the Republic of Croatia. To begin with, Kanaan d.o.o. begins its operations in the Slavonian town of Radikovci, located in the eastern region of the Republic of Croatia. By increasing production and creating new production lines, a new factory was built in Donji Miholjac, where Kanaan d.o.o. still operates today. Primarily, the final paper can be divided into two main categories – the theoretical basis and the practical part. In the theoretical basis, the basic financial statements are researched and clarified, while in the practical part, the operations of the trading company Kanaan d.o.o. are studied through selected financial indicators. Donji Miholjac from 2016 to 2021. Furthermore, financial statements are analyzed - balance sheet and profit and loss account using horizontal and vertical analysis, then financial indicators - liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy and profitability. Through all the mentioned financial statements and indicators, it will be seen how the company operates, whether it has progressed over the years and what impact the COVID- 19 pandemic had on the business. In conclusion, the company's operations during the observed period are presented, and recommendations are given for better operations.
