Abstract
U današnjem digitalnom dobu, informacijski sustavi igraju ključnu ulogu u podržavanju različitih aspekata života i poslovanja Cilj rada je istražiti proces modeliranja informacijskog sustava koristeći primjer sustava za evidenciju volonterskih aktivnosti studenata. Prvi dio rada je teorijski dio u kojemu će se postaviti teorijski temelj o informacijskim sustavima, analizi informacijskog sustava u kojemu su opisani poslovni slučaj i sistemski zahtjevi, modeliranju informacijskog sustava gdje je opisano modeliranje podataka i modeliranje objekata. U radu su primijenjeni različiti alati i metodologije, uključujući ER modeliranje i UML dijagrame. Istraživački dio rada sadrži opis poslovnog slučaja te funkcionalne i nefunkcionalne zahtjev i modeliranje informacijskog sustava. Pomoću alata Lucidchart, izrađeni su ER model i UML model. Modeliranje podataka prikazano je ER modelom, a dijagramom slučajeva korištenja prikazano je kako sustav treba izgledati iz korisničke perspektive. Sustav za evidenciju volonterskih aktivnosti studenata predstavlja konkretan primjer kako primijeniti teorijske koncepte modeliranja informacijskih sustava. Ovaj rad pruža vrijedan doprinos razumijevanju kako tehnologija može unaprijediti volonterstvo i doprinose zajednici kroz kvalitetan proces modeliranja.
Abstract (english)
In today's digital age, information systems play a key role in supporting various aspects of life and business, and the development of user interfaces is becoming increasingly important to improve the interaction between users and systems. The aim of this paper is to study the process of information system modeling using the example of a system for recording volunteer activities of students. The first part of the paper is the theoretical part, in which the theoretical foundations about information systems in general are laid, as well as the principles of information systems analysis and design are described. Various tools and methods were used in the work, including ER modeling and UML diagrams. The research part of the work includes a description of the business case and functional and non-functional requirements, while the modeling and development consists of creating the ER model and the UML model using the Lucidchart tool. Data modeling is represented with a ER model, and a use case diagram shows how the system should look from the user's point of view. The student volunteer activity tracking system is a concrete example of the application of the theoretical concepts of information system modeling. This work provides a valuable contribution to understanding how technology can improve volunteer engagement and contributions to the community through a high-quality modeling process.
