Abstract
Tržište kapitala kao dio financijskog tržišta omogućuje trgovinu dugoročnim financijskim instrumentima. Kada se promatra tržište kapitala u užem smislu, ono se dijeli na primarno i sekundarno tržište, a instrumenti kojima se trguje su obveznice, dionice, izvedenice i drugi. U radu se analiziraju navedene vrste tržišta kapitala te instrumenti financiranja koji se izdaju i kojima se daljnje trguje, u svrhu oslikavanja teorijskog okvira. Navode se i metode emisije vrijednosnih papira i opisuju različiti načini svake od navedenih metoda. Nadalje se opisuje tržište kapitala Republike Hrvatske te uređenje Zagrebačke burze sa uređenim, Progress i Funderbeam tržištima kao glavnim sastavnicama. U zadnjem dijelu prikazan je primjer financiranja društva SPAN d.d. na Zagrebačkoj burzi. Svrha ovog rada je prikazivanje mogućnosti financiranja na tržištu kapitala.
Abstract (english)
Capital market as a part of financial market allows trading with long-term financial instruments. When looking at the capital market in a narrow sense, it is divided into a primary and secondary market, and the instruments that are traded with imply bonds, stocks and derivatives. In this paper, said types of capital market and the instruments of financing which are being issued and traded with are firstly being analyzed for the purpose of illustrating the theoretical framework. The methods of issuing securities are also listed and the different ways of each of the mentioned methods are described. Further, the capital market of Croatia and the organization of Zagreb stock exchange with its regulated market, Progress market and Funderbeam market as its main components are being described. Lastly, the example of financing of the company SPAN d.d. on the Zagreb stock exchange is shown. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the possibilities of financing through the capital market
