Abstract
ERP sustavi imaju ključnu operativnu i stratešku važnost za svaku organizaciju, uključujući mala i srednja poduzeća (MSP), koja ih implementiraju. Uvođenje ERP sustava u poslovanje omogućuje integraciju svih poslovnih aktivnosti i uklanjanje barijera između različitih organizacijskih jedinica i poslovnih funkcija, što dovodi do značajnog poboljšanja poslovnih procesa i poduzetničke učinkovitosti. Među najvažnijim prednostima ERP sustava su integracija svih funkcija unutar organizacije, standardizacija i ubrzanje poslovnih procesa, smanjenje zaliha te standardizacija informacija o zaposlenicima. Jedni od glavnih izazova s kojima se mala i srednja poduzeća (MSP) suočavaju pri implementaciji ERP sustava su visoki troškovi, otpor prema promjenama, manjak stručnog kadra i tehničkih resursa. Predložene strategije za prevladavanje ovih izazova uključuju temeljitu pripremu i planiranje, angažiranje stručnih konzultanata, kontinuiranu obuku zaposlenika te prilagodbu ERP sustava specifičnim potrebama poduzeća. ERP sustavi pružaju značajne prednosti za MSP-ove, kao što su bolja kontrola nad poslovanjem, optimizacija resursa i povećanje operativne učinkovitosti. To rezultira značajnom konkurentskom prednošću, čineći ERP sustave ključnim alatima za rast i razvoj malih i srednjih poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
ERP systems are of key operational and strategic importance to any organization, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), that implement them. The introduction of an ERP system into business enables the integration of all business activities and the removal of barriers between different organizational units and business functions, which leads to a significant improvement of business processes and entrepreneurial efficiency. Among the most important advantages of ERP systems are the integration of all functions within the organization, the standardization and acceleration of business processes, inventory reduction, and the standardization of employee information. Some of the main challenges that SMEs face when implementing ERP systems include high costs, resistance to change, a lack of skilled personnel, and insufficient technical resources. Proposed strategies to overcome these challenges include thorough preparation and planning, engaging expert consultants, continuous employee training, and tailoring the ERP system to the specific needs of the business. ERP systems offer significant benefits for SMEs, such as better control over operations, resource optimization, and increased operational efficiency. This results in a substantial competitive advantage, making ERP systems essential tools for the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
