Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje poduzetništvo iz različitih teorijskih perspektiva, naglašavajući potrebu za multidisciplinarnim pristupom koji integrira ekonomske, biheviorističke i sociološke okvire. Analizirani su suvremeni oblici poduzetništva, uključujući poduzetništvo žena, socijalno, korporativno i etničko poduzetništvo. Kroz povijesni pregled prikazano je kako se pojam poduzetništva razvijao od srednjeg vijeka do 21. stoljeća. U 18. stoljeću dolazi do jasnijeg definiranja poduzetništva, kada se prepoznaje njegova uloga kao nusproizvoda industrijalizacije. Naglašena je važnost stvaranja poticajnog okruženja za inovacije, istraživanje i razvoj, te tehnološki transfer, što pozitivno utječe na razvoj poduzetništva. Također je prikazano kako se smanjuju prepreke za sudjelovanje žena u poduzetničkim aktivnostima, s ciljem postizanja ravnopravnosti u ovom sektoru. Primjeri etničkog, socijalnog i korporativnog poduzetništva također su ilustrirani, ukazujući na doprinos tih oblika u poticanju inovacija i pomoći društvenim skupinama. Pojam poduzetništva ostaje složen i raznolik, što otežava davanje jedinstvene definicije, ali ovaj rad prikazuje kako su različiti pristupi i viđenja doprinijeli razumijevanju poduzetništva kroz povijest.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explores entrepreneurship from various theoretical perspectives, emphasizing the need for a multidisciplinary approach that integrates economic, behavioral, and sociological frameworks. Contemporary forms of entrepreneurship are analyzed, including women's entrepreneurship, social, corporate, and ethnic entrepreneurship. A historical overview illustrates how the concept of entrepreneurship has evolved from the Middle Ages to the 21st century. In the 18th century, entrepreneurship became more clearly defined, and its role as a byproduct of industrialization was recognized. The importance of creating an environment conducive to innovation, research and development, and technology transfer is highlighted, as these factors positively influence the growth of entrepreneurship. The thesis also demonstrates how barriers to women's participation in entrepreneurial activities are being reduced, with the aim of achieving equality in this sector. Examples of ethnic, social, and corporate entrepreneurship are provided, showing their contributions to fostering innovation and supporting various social groups. The concept of entrepreneurship remains complex and diverse, making it difficult to provide a singular definition. However, this work presents how different approaches and perspectives have contributed to the understanding of entrepreneurship throughout history.
