Abstract
Rad se bavi temom interpersonalne komunikacije u kontekstu organizacija. Uzimajući u obzir dosadašnja teorijska saznanja, ali i istraživanja stručnjaka koji su proučavali interpersonalno komuniciranje, rad se u svome teorijskom djelu fokusira na definiranje komunikacije općenito i prikaz komunikacijskog modela. Nadalje, u radu se identificira zašto ljudi uopće komuniciraju te koje vrste i prepreke komunikacije postoje. Dio rada je posvećen i komunikacijskim vještinama, a koje imaju veliki značaj i u privatnom i u poslovnom životu pojedinaca. Svrha rada jest utvrditi koliki je utjecaj međuljudskih odnosa i interpersonalnog komuniciranja na cjelokupnu uspješnost organizacije. Upravo će praktični dio rada i provedeni upitnik u telekomunikacijskoj tvrtki dati odgovor na navedeno pitanje. Dakako, na kraju će se izvesti zaključak.
Abstract (english)
This paper is addressing the topic of interpersonal communication in context of organisations. Considering existing theoretical knowledge, but also researches by experts who have studied interpersonal communication, the paper is, in its theoretical chapters focused on defining the communication in general and also on representation of communication model. Furthermore, the paper is identifying why do people even communicate and which types and barriers of communication are present. One part of this thesis is dedicated to communication skills, due to the fact that they have a great significance in both private and professional life of individuals. The purpose of this paper is to determine in which extent are interpersonal relationships and communication influencing the efficacy of organisations in whole. The practical part of the paper and survey that was conducted in telecommunications company will answer the stated question. Naturally, the conclusion will be given in the end.
