Abstract
Dobro oformljen tim i kvalitetan timski rad je preduvjet uspješnog odvijanja poslovnih procesa u nekoj organizaciji, odnosno ključ uspjeha prema postizanju zadanih ciljeva. Stoga je od izrazitog značaja potrebna dobro promišljeno formiranje tima, ali i upravljanje istim od strane menadžera/voditelja. Voditelj nekog timskog rada ne mora nužno biti formalni voditelj, iako je za njihovo dobro funkcioniranje neophodan bar koordinator tima. Kako bi bili uspješni, timovi moraju biti fleksibilni i orijentirani na aktivnosti koje je potrebno izvršiti. Jedan od najvažnijih obilježja timova je međusobna razmjena, odnosno kvalitetna komunikacija unutar tima, međusobna razmjena informacija, znanja, profesionalnih i osobnih iskustava. Ljudi su ono najvrjednije što može imati jedna timski utemeljena organizacija. Bez zajedničke sinergije članova i voditelja tima, nemoguća je kvalitetno i efektivno obavljanje postavljenih zadataka, koji su preduvjet postizanja zajedničkih ciljeva.
Abstract (english)
A well-formed team and high-quality teamwork is a prerequisite for successful business processes in an organization, ie the key to success in achieving the goals set. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to have a well thought-out team formation, but also to manage the same by the manager / manager. The head of a team work does not necessarily have to be a formal leader, even though a team bar coordinator is essential for their good functioning. To be successful, the teams must be flexible and focused on the activities that need to be carried out. One of the most important features of the team is mutual exchange, ie quality communication within the team, mutual exchange of information, knowledge, professional and personal experiences. People are the most valuable thing a team-based organization can have. Without the common synergy between team members and team leaders, it is impossible to perform the tasks set up properly and effectively, which are a precondition for achieving common goals
