Abstract
Dobro oformljen tim i kvalitetan timski rad je preduvjet uspješnog odvijanja poslovnih procesa u nekoj organizaciji, odnosno ključ uspjeha prema postizanju zadanih ciljeva. Stoga je od izrazitog značaja potrebna dobro promišljeno formiranje tima, ali i upravljanje istim od strane menadžera/voditelja. Voditelj nekog timskog rada ne mora nužno biti formalni voditelj, iako je za njihovo dobro funkcioniranje neophodan bar koordinator tima. Kako bi bili uspješni, timovi moraju biti fleksibilni... More i orijentirani na aktivnosti koje je potrebno izvršiti. Jedan od najvažnijih obilježja timova je međusobna razmjena, odnosno kvalitetna komunikacija unutar tima, međusobna razmjena informacija, znanja, profesionalnih i osobnih iskustava. Ljudi su ono najvrjednije što može imati jedna timski utemeljena organizacija.
