Abstract
Materijalne kompenzacije odnose se na prava koja zaposlenici nekog poduzeća ostvaruju u novcu, za svoj rad i doprinos u istom poduzeću. Međutim, postoji određeni temelj za određivanje visine plaća i ostalih davanja zaposlenicima koji je određen Zakonom o radu. Prava zaposlenika detaljnije se uređuju kolektivnim ugovorima, a nastaju kao rezultat kolektivnog pregovaranja između zaposlenika (čija prava zastupaju sindikati) i poslodavaca ili udruge poslodavaca. More kolektivni ugovor kao takav, dvostrano obvezujući što znači da poslodavac ima obvezu ispuniti odredbe utvrđene kolektivnim ugovorom dok zaposlenici zauzvrat imaju obvezu raditi prema uputama poslodavca. Prema tome javljaju se različite metode ocjenjivanja zaposlenika te njihove radne učinkovitosti kako bi se utjecalo na motivaciju zaposlenika. Grupa Podravka razradila je takav sustav ocjenjivanja zaposlenih te definirala načine na koje se zaposlenike stimulira za dobro obavljen posao. Isto tako, kolektivni ugovor Grupe Podravka sadrži brojne stavke u kojima je detaljno opisano prema kojim uvjetima zaposlenici stječu određena prava. Sve ovo opisano je u nastavku ovoga rada. Less
Abstract (english)
Material compensations refer to the rights that employees of an enterprise make in money, for their work and contribution in the same enterprise. However, there is a specific basis for determining the amount of wages and other employee benefits stipulated by the Labor Law. Employees' rights are more closely regulated by collective agreements, resulting from collective bargaining between employees (whose rights are represented by trade unions) and employers or employers' associations. More should be noted that the collective agreement as such is binding bilaterally, which means that the employer has an obligation to fulfill the terms from the collective agreement, when the employee has the obligation to work in accordance with the instructions of the employer. There are therefore different methods of employee appraisal and their performance in order to influence employee motivation. The Podravka Group has developed such a system of employee appraisal and defined the ways in which employees are stimulated for a well-done job. Likewise, the Collective Agreement of the Podravka Group contains a number of items detailing the conditions under which certain rights are acquired by employees. All of this is described below. Less
