Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je upravljanje okolinom na primjeru poduzeća Posiflex d.o.o. Varaždin. Od sveukupne okoline koja okružuje poduzeće, ono može upravljati samo poslovnom ili internom okolinom, a što se tiče makrookoline može prikupljati informacije o njoj, analizirati te informacije i prilagoditi se toj okolini kako bi osiguralo svoj opstanak. Vanjska okolina može se analizirati pomoću PEST analize. Ta analiza potrebna je kako bi poduzeće iskoristilo prilike i uklonilo prijetnje.... More Vanjska okolina na koju poduzeće može utjecati je poslovna okolina. Tu spadaju: konkurenti, kupci, dobavljači, vlasnici, partneri, sindikati, regulatori i drugi. Nabrojane dionike okoline nazivamo još i ključnim čimbenicima ili stakerholderima. Poduzeća imaju svakodnevno neku vrstu komunikacije sa njima te ih istražuju i pribavljaju informacije o njima. Neki stakeholderi se nalaze i u internoj okolini, a to su: zaposlenici, dioničari, uprava i drugi. Interna okolina označava radnu okolinu, odnosno mjesto gdje se obavljaju ključni procesi i događaji u životu poduzeća. Ključni dijelovi su: organizacijska struktura, organizacijska kultura i organizacijski resursi. Analiza opće i poslovne okoline pokazat će ključne elemente na koje Posiflex d.o.o. mora obratiti pozornost kako bi se mogle izbjeći prijetnje i iskoristiti prilike koje se nude u okolini. Less
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is enterprise environment management analyzed on the example of Posiflex d.o.o. Varaždin. A company can influence only those segments of the environment that are closer to the organization (sometimes called the internal environment), while the trends in macro or PEST environment are very hard to influence and in most cases can only be monitored and analyzed in order for a company to adapt to the changes. The external environment can be analyzed using... More PEST analysis. This analysis helps companies to seize the opportunities and eliminate threats. Part of the environment that can be influenced by companies is sometimes referred to as a business environment. It includes: competitors, customers, suppliers, owners, partners, unions, regulators and more. They are also known as key factors or stakeholders. Businesses have some kind of communication with them on a daily basis, researching and collecting information about them. Some stakeholders are also located in the internal environment, such as: employees, shareholders, management and others. Internal environment means the working environment, that is, the place where the key processes and events in the life of the company take place. The key parts are: organizational structure, organizational culture and organizational resources. An analysis of the general and business environment will show the key elements to which Posiflex d.o.o. must pay attention to avoid threats and take advantage of the opportunities offered in the environment.
