Abstract
Kreativnost je mogućnost, odabir promatranja određenih stvari na neobičan i drugačiji način. Svaki se pojedinac rađa sa određenom dozom kreativnosti i maštovitosti koju kasnije kroz život može i njegovati i unaprjeđivati. Koliko je kreativnost važna za pojedince, toliko je važna i za sama poduzeća. Poduzeća se danas susreću sa brojnim problemima tijekom svog životnog vijeka, a konkurencija je zasigurno jedna od najvećih problema. U koliko poduzeća žele ostati konkurentna, zadržati svoj udio na tržištu ili ga čak i povećati, potrebne su im inovacije, nove ideje te novi i kreativni načini razmišljanja i rješavanja problema. Sve od navedenog ostvarivo je jedino ako su poduzeća ispunjena timovima koji su motivirani, produktivni, proaktivni i opušteni na svojim radnim mjestima. Postoje brojne kreativne tehnike i metode pomoću kojih bi poduzeća trebala poticati kreativnost svojih zaposlenika
Abstract (english)
Creativity is the ability to look at things in a whole new, unusual and different way. Each individual is born with a certain dose of creativity and imagination that can be nurtured and improved later in life. As much as creativity is important for individuals, it is also important for businesses themselves. Businesses today face many problems during their lifetime, and competition is certainly one of the biggest problems. As businesses want to remain competitive, retain or even increase their market share, they need innovation, new ideas, and new and creative ways of thinking and solving problems. All of the above is only achievable if companies are filled with teams that are motivated, productive, proactive and relaxed in their jobs. There are numerous creative techniques and methods by which companies should encourage the creativity of their employees.
