Abstract
Ovaj rad se bavi tematikom marketinga poslovnih subjekata putem različitih društvenih mreža koje u današnje vrijeme donose niz prednosti u odnosu na druge kanale oglašavanja. Također u radu se spominju i detaljno obrađuju različiti alati koji služe za izradu marketinškog sadržaja i praćenja uspješnosti marketinških aktivnosti na određenoj društvenoj mreži. Analiziraju se dobiveni rezultati te prikazuju načini na koji rezultate možemo optimizirati kako bi još uspješnije djelovali na tržištu... More i time privukli nove potencijalne kupce. Cilj ovog završnog rada jest objasniti korisnost društvenih mreža u svakodnevnom oglašavanju, navesti prednosti i nedostatke korištenja takve vrste oglašavanja i objasniti povezanost kvalitete sadržaja i broja angažmana na objavama. Primjerom vođenja marketinških kampanja za jedan osječki poslovni subjekt prikazati će se kontinuirano povećanje broja pratitelja, njihovog angažmana te samo povećanje prodaje proizvoda. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of marketing businesses through various social networks, which nowadays bring a number of advantages over other advertising channels. The paper also mentions and elaborates on various tools used to create marketing content and track the success of marketing activities on a particular social network. The results obtained are analyzed on ways we can optimize the results in order to be even more successful in the market and thus attract new potential... More customers. The aim of this final paper is to explain the usefulness of social networks in day-to-day advertising, to outline the advantages and disadvantages of using this type of advertising, and to explain the relationship between content quality and engagement rates on posts. With my own example of marketing campaigns for one Osijek business entity. Based on the example of a business entity located in Osijek, the continuous increase in the number of followers, related engagement and finally increase in product sales will be demonstrated. Less
