Abstract
Zaposlenici, ali i menadžeri u poduzećima su izuzetno važan čimbenik pri postizanju ciljeva. Izvršavanjem zadataka koje zaposlenici dobiju od svojih menadžera definira jesu li ciljevi poduzeća uspješno odrađeni. Naravno, menadžeri su oni koji zaposlenike motiviraju te na njih utječu raznim metodama. Svaki menadžer posjeduje određena znanja i tehnike koje utječu na zaposlenike te ih to dijeli od boljih do onih lošijih. S druge strane, pravilno odrađen zadatak u konačnici odrađuju... Employees, but also managers in companies are an extremely important factor in achieving goals. By performing the tasks that employees receive from their managers, it defines whether the company's goals have been successfully completed.
