Abstract
Pojam organizacije višestruko je usmjeren, ali i višeznačajno definiran. Prvotno, u općenitom smislu, riječ organizacija označava sustavnu povezanost elemenata u organizacijsku cjelinu, dok s druge strane ista obuhvaća i ostvarivanje određenih ciljeva. U ovom vidu postoji i organizacijska struktura. Ista podrazumijeva sastav i građu organizacije, to jest relativno je trajno obilježje, odnosno obličje organizacije. More važna u ekonomiji, ali i svim oblicima ekonomskih poslova i predstavlja jednu od središnjih tema u izučavanju same organizacije. Također, istu čine sljedeći elementi: organizacija materijalnih čimbenika, organizacija ljudskog čimbenika, organizacija raščlanjivanja, organizacija upravljanja i menadžmenta te naposljetku organizacija vremenskog redoslijeda poslova. Naravno, za kvalitetu i napredak organizacije važan je menadžer koji će svojim znanjima, sposobnostima i vještinama upravljati istom. On je osoba koja je dužna usuglasiti sve prethodno navedene elemente. Organizacija se ljudskog čimbenika prema nekim autorima smatra ključnim faktorom uspješnog, proaktivnog i suvremenog poslovanja te se u ovome radu pridaje veliki značaj tom elementu jer autor ovog rada smatra kako su ljudski potencijali vrlo bitni za uspješno poslovanje svakog poslovnog subjekta. Dakako, kako bi se kreirala efikasna organizacijska struktura potrebno je točno odrediti misiju, viziju i ciljeve jer jedino tada organizacija može funkcionirati u cijelosti. Mesna industrija Ravlić, već dugi niz godina slovi kao vodeća mesna industrija na području Slavonije i Baranje kojoj je imperativ kvaliteta mesnih proizvoda i mesnih prerađevina. Svrha je istraživanja ove mesne industrije analizirati i prikazati kako su organizirani elementi organizacijske strukture unutar ovog poduzeća te se kritički osvrnuti na funkcioniranje istih. Less
Abstract (english)
The concept of organization is multi-focused, but also multi-significant. Initially, in general terms, the word organization means the systematic connection of elements into an organizational unit, while on the other hand, it includes the achievement of certain objectives. In this sense, there is an organizational structure. The same implies the organization's composition and structure, i.e. it is a relatively permanent feature, i.e. the organization's form. Since the organization of... More elements of the organizational structure is generally very important in the economy, but also in all forms of economic activities, it represents one of the central topics in the study of the organization itself. They are also made up of the following elements: organization of material factors, organization of human factors, organization of disaggregation, organization of management and management, and finally the organization of the timetable. Of course, for the quality and progress of the organization most important is manager who will manage the same knowledge, capabilities, and skills. He is the person responsible for harmonizing all the above elements. According to some authors, the organization of human factors is considered the key factor of successful, proactive, and contemporary business, and this paper attaches great importance to this element because the author of this paper considers human potentials to be very important for successful business operations of each business entity. Of course, in order to create an efficient organizational structure, it is necessary to precisely define the mission, vision, and goals, because only then can the organization function fully. The meat industry Ravlic has been known for many years as the leading meat industry in Slavonia and Baranja, to which the quality of meat products and meat products is imperative. The purpose of the research of this meat industry is to analyze and show how organized elements of the organizational structure within this company are and to take a critical look at the functioning of these elements.
